“My new refrigerator shows the cooling in a scale of 1-7 rather than an actual temperature. I've looked and I haven't found the conversion rate that shows me what the 1-7 scale converts to. Is there any way I can get a more specific reading?”

I had to both temperature gauges to calibrate setting to temperature for each compartment - this part of the design of the unit is not user friendly.
