Does this model have a ice maker in freezer? null

Yes, this unit has an ice maker.

The ice maker is just behind the water/ice features on the top left portion. So it’s in the refrigerator top part—not in the bottom freezer section.

Ice maker is in the door so it doesnt take up any shelf space! Love this fridge!!!

Not in mine. I believe the 735 does.
