I purchased this refrigerator in April 2019. After a few month the lights stopped working. Unplugging the unit, then plugging it back in resolves but the lights eventually will go back out after time. Lights when out again yesterday....I unplugged waited 5 minutes and plugged back in. works fine now. Did you get any other feedback from Whirlpool?

Please try again later.Yes, Pacific Sales ordered us a new refrigerator after the lights went out, the freezer drawer was broken and the large freezer drawer was off it's tracks all within the 1st week. the replacement refrigerator is great! Really like the refrigerator drawer and the many shelf options. Also like the 3 crisper drawer arrangement. the middle drawer is perfect for soda cans and the other drawers can be opened when only the door that is in front of it is opened. No need to open both doors to open a crisper drawer. The refrigerated drawer is great. It is deep enough for heads o lettuce to sit in the tray. Really helps with being able to see what is n the refrigerator. We were afraid the freezer was going to be too small but can fit a large turkey in along with a bunch of other stuff. Put a 20 # bag of ice in in addition to everything we had in the freezer. Plenty of room and very well organized.
