QuestionThis machine is brand new and doing first load ever on medium soil level, heavy duty with autosensing water level and it hardly agitates at all. It moves very slow and lethargic. It didn’t even get sudsy at all when I checked. Is this normal?

QuestionThe length of time to do a load of laundry in this machine seems unusually long, like almost an hour when set to do a "Normal" cycle and "Medium" soil level. Why does it take so long to finish?!

- Answer I suspect its the "sensing" feature, to determines the appropriate water level based on load size, it keeps starting and adding water when necessary, very loud.

QuestionThe driver dropped the machine when delivering. There was no visible damage except for a small scratch on the side. But, after installation, I noticed the tub seems very loose - a lot of movement...is this normal?

- Answer Ours was not dropped and the tub is very loose inside. From everything I have read, this is normal. It seems very unusual compared to old machines.

- Answer Yes, although you can't see it in action because when you lift the lid, the agitation stops. I can tell it agitates in both directions because after the wash cycle is complete, the clothing is not in the same position as when I loaded it.
