You can use the same cookware that you'd use on any other burners or cooktops with the exception of Cast Iron. That can crack or scratch the glass if you're not careful. Also, it's best to use flat bottomed cookware, for more even heating. Oh, and one more thing, even though you can technically use a wok, its not going to cook as well or evenly as a gas burner would.
