Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You most likely will have to exchange the unit for a new one. Our panel didn’t work, so we call whirlpool. The technician came out to confirm that the panel failed. He ordered the part. The part was on backorder for over a month, so we set up an exchange with Best Buy. Good luck.
