Hi Mikey! The cut out dimensions are a 28⁷⁄₈" by 19¹⁄₂" space for this model; please note that you must also allow for a minimum of 8" space before walls on wither side of the cook top as well as 2⁷⁄₈" before the back wall and 3¹⁄₈" before the counter top edge. This model's cast iron grates are hinged for easy and convenient cleaning! Thank you for your question!
