A:AnswerWhirlpool Team. In response to your answer... I did, last week. They guy who answered looked in the manual and said it says they should stop vertical. He told me to go back to the store and inquire because if he sends out a repairman and it's not suppose to be that way, I would get charged.

A:AnswerI called repair clinic as you recommended WHIRLPOOL, and they could not help. They said if the unit does Not originally come with a griddle how are they to know the replacement part and/or part number? I would think Whirlpool would know that part number since they manufacture the dam stove that doesn't fit 4 pots/pans at the same time. So aggravated with this stove.
