Q: QuestionHello our microwave & oven is not turning on to actually start to heat up or cook anything ? The power is on but the next step to start either appliance does not work? What does this mean & how do we get it fixed as soon as possible?

Q: QuestionI'm hoping to replace my Whirlpool Gold GSC309PVS (26" Height: 42 3/8" Width: 29 3/4") with this model. This model is: Height 42 1/2" Width 30 " Depth 26 1/2 ". I'm concerned about the 1/2" in difference in depth. Will this fit?

Q: QuestionHow do use the microwave and oven at the same time? If I have the oven on and select microwave the oven will shut off. If the timer was set it shuts off too. How do you use booth at the same time?

• A:Answer You cannot use both ovens at the same time. If you might ever want to cook something in the oven and microwave at the same time -- e.g., if you are ever cooking a real meal -- then this product is not for you. But it only requires one wire to hook it up so that's the real benefit of this product. Be forewarned.

• A:Answer Shutting off the oven is one of the most difficult things about this product. It's really confusing. Yes, you can open the door and keep it open to ensure it's off, and yes, you can press the Oven icon on the control panel to shut it off, but on too many occasions, when we thought we'd shut if off, we would find out hours later, and sometimes the next day, that it was still baking.

Q: Questionsince this is a combo unit, what happens when the microwave oven breaks, do you have to replace the whole unit or can you just replace what broke.

• A:Answer The combo unit I had prior to this one that was just installed a couple of months ago did 'break'. The handle on the microwave broke, but it still functioned and we could use it - actually we used it for a couple of years. The unit was almost 30 years old and both oven and microwave were functioning OK. They were just old and falling apart. Now with a newer unit, if something were to malfunction, I'm sure Best Buy would have a repair solution. Our old unit was so old, parts weren't even available. I love the new version!
