QuestionYou advised NOT to use magnets on this model as it can cause discoloration. Is that only for the Black stainless Steel model or for the regular stainless steel model as well? Why does it cause discoloration on the black stainless steel?

- Answer Hi Larry, thank you for your inquiry. It can cause discoloration and damage to the finishes on both models. On the black stainless you will probably see more visible scratching and damage.

- Answer Hi Meg, the difference between the Refrigerators are the sizes. Model WRS325SDHZ has more capacity (25.5 cu. ft.) and the width is 35 7/8, while model WRS321SDHZ capacity is 21 cu. ft. and the width is 33 1/8. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!

QuestionWe got this fridge installed about a week ago. It produced about three batches/drops of ice and then stopped. I can see that the water was supplied to the ice cube tray inside the freezer, but it stopped dropping ice into the ice container. Suggestions?
