Q: Questionthis washing machine is shredding my underwear. I have lost 3 pairs in the last several loads that did not seem to be excessive in size. Does this mean I need to have the machine seal repaired? Have only had the machine for 3 weeks.

Q: QuestionHave ruined lots of clothes-rrrg. Keep getting spots or stains on clothes after wash like a grease stain. I have been watering down detergent because I thought it might be clothes lying in straight detergent without luck. I use Afresh monthly. Why? MAD!
