  • QuestionI put fabric softener in the right spot and it hasn't dispensed. I've washed like 5 loads and it's still in it. How do I remove it to clean it out or actually use it. I just bought my machine like a week ago. Please tell me this is fixable.

    • Answer I had this issue at first with laundry sanitizer I added to the fabric softener drawer. if you dont select fabric softener option at the top where you select temp and load size it wont dispense the drawer contents

On model WTW4307SW For models with drawer dispensers: Add HE detergent and Laundry Products (if desired) into their respective chambers in the drawer. Add bleach (if desired) to the labeled dispenser. For models without drawer dispensers: Add HE detergent into the basket. Add bleach (if desired) to the labeled dispenser. Add Laundry Products (if desired) into the agitator dispenser. On non agitator models Whirlpool suggests using the Downy Ball® dispenser.
