“I was wondering about the drawer for adding soap and fabric softener? Does it have one? Or does it just go in the was drum? thanks”

• Hello Y, this model does not have a drawer. You would place the soap directly in the drum. We hope this helps.

• Soap right in with the clothes. I use the softener ball for softener dispensing.

• You just pour the soap in the drum. The operating manual did make a recommendation for a specific fabric softener product but I can't remember what that was and the manual isn't close at hand.
