- Answer Hi Dave, This model you would select the broil button and put in the recommend temperature and select the start button. This should start the broiling element to help. We hope this helps.

- Answer Manual Clean. Yes! There is a feature that displays if stovetop is "in use" and/or "is hot". Once the stovetop is no longer hot, the message display goes off. Hope this helps.

QuestionI would be using this range for pressure cooking. That means I need it to stay at a high heat for a long period of time. Does this oven have temperature limiting coils? If so would I be able to use this with my pressure cooker?

- Answer Really wish the question was answered better. I cannot get my jam hotter than 215F i have 140oz of jam that will NOT set right cuz this stupid a s s stove wont stay on high. The temperature regulation thing is the worst idea for a stove! I wish i never replaced my old stove with this p.o.s

QuestionI prefer coils to glass top but need to know if this range has a Safe-T-Element system that prevents the heat from getting high. I do a lot of searing and heavy boiling for reductions, and a low temp burner is useless. What is the maximum burner temp?

- Answer i would not call this a very heavy duty range. one thing i did not like is on the coils , there are buttons in the middle. small or lightweight pans tend to not sit flat on them. i am not quite sure what the buttons purpose is.
