Q: QuestionI bought the stove and love it but am encountering an issue when baking and the back/left burner is hot like it is turned on. No other burner acts this way. How do I engage the manufacture warranty? Thanks in advance!

• A:Answer The left back burner is the vent from the oven. This is normal. You can use the burner while baking buy do not use a cover on it while baking

• A:Answer I have a range that does not lift which makes it very hard to clean up spills and other stuff that makes it way under the coils. This is an oven top hard to clean. the oven top gets very hot to the touch it is a good thing I don't have small children! I am so sad they don't make them like they used to make them!

Q: QuestionRegarding the Prop 65 warning what are the chemicals and where are they at? Would it be safe to touch the knobs without washing my hands? Would I be exposed to these chemicals or does it simply contain them?
