- Answer Hi Suzi, you would need to press and hold the "Start" button. That will cancel the load and drain the tub. If, however, the power should go off or if the Washer won't start and is locked, you can perform a quick reboot by unplugging or shutting off the breaker for 90 seconds, then turning it back on. That will usually unlock the door. We hope this helps!

QuestionDoes the washer have the big rubber gasket in the front that needs to be wiped out all the time? Hate that with a passion. No matter what I do it still gets moldy. It is in no way an easy task to clean.

QuestionHow do you pre soak or pre wash on this newer $1000 model? The previous model right before it (model 6620) had a pre soak option at the very least. Did I forsake presoak for wash & go and a light by going with the new model? Whats an alternative way if so

QuestionThe washer goes into a drain mode for at least 2 minutes before it starts sensing mode after the start button is pressed. Is that normal ? I hope the drain pump doesn't burn out. Way too long. ! My older Duets only kicked on for a few seconds
