“Are the levels of heat adjustable by using the knobs? I've seen other gas range models that the heat levels are preset and I want to avoid that. I want to be able to choose the size of my flame, like low, medium to high.”

Yes they are. But mine seem like they could be lowered even more.Mine runs on propane.They say you remove knobs and there’s a small screw inside that you turn to adjust
