- Answer Hello klel, There are no set range of cycle times for this model of washer. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing. Which in return would adjust the time. The time in the display is an estimated time only and may adjust.

- Answer Yes you can, you'll want to remove the agitator and probably choose the bulky cycle. However, it will most likely get off balance and spend one or two cycles using a lot of water trying to self balance. Then it won't be able to, and you'll have to manually distribute the weight of the comforter around the drum. Our previous front loading washer was much better at washing king blankets and comforters.

- Answer It's already mixed during laundry cleaning. For the pre-treatment station faucet, it's either hot or cold. It's not mixed or separated in anyway, you can either turn on the cold water to use or the hot water.

QuestionI added some bleach to the liquid bleach compartment for a load of sheets. Can I assume that the bleach was all used in the one load? Or does some stay in there? I don’t want to accidentally ruin a color load.

- Answer Hi BleachQueen, the bleach would be used all for one load, however, we would recommend using the Clean Washer with affresh® cycle after as bleach is a liquid and without proper cleaning, may stay behind.

QuestionDoes this machine use "Hot" water loads? Actual hot water from your hot water heater, and wash at the 110° to 150° range? I like using "hot water" for towels and whites. Cold water does not get them feeling clean, to me.

- Answer Hello ScottinWV, this model does have a hot water option. It would depend on what your Hot water heater is set to. Normal Hot is generally around 122 degrees. We hope this helps.

- Answer It can! It has a sensor to sense the amount of clothes you have in there to determine the water level. It also has a faucet button you can press to fill it with more water. It will not overflow, but stops after it is filled and/or 10 mins.
