Does the water fill from one place or multiple? null

No, it comes in from under the detergent tray.

It's starts in the back where you load you softener and detergent and optional OXI. Once the washer rinses those for a short amount of time it takes to get the soaps out and into the wash it will begin filling from the front right hand side. I've noticed it'll alternate between the two during some cycles. But to answer your question simple, it fills from two spots.

Multiple, it fills from the back and side of washer.

One but travels around the entire bowl

The washer appears to fill from the back top with the water running through the soap containers. since the lid locks before it starts and there is no internal light it's hard to say.

It fills from the top front & top back of the tub.
