• Hello, there is no specific coating on model WFES5030RZ. We recommend to 1. Ensure that the cooktop has cooled to room temperature. 2. Cover food/residue with water for a minimum of 5 minutes. Ensure coverage over the entire affected area. 3. Wipe with a non-abrasive sponge. NOTE: If water dries or food/residue persists on the cooking surface, repeat Steps 2 and 3.
