“I have the Whirlpool - 5.3 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Freestanding Electric Convection Range and the oven does not work but the cooktop does. Is there some type of child safety lock on?”

Hello Carole! There would not be a safety lock for that. We would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you.
