I have had to buy new pans and skillets. As long as the bottoms are smooth they seem to work just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never use any pots/pans that are warped or rough on the bottom cause they will scratch the glass surface. I like the Corning ware glass, but do use stainless and aluminum. I would not use cast iron. You need to be mindful that it is a glasstop.
