A:AnswerLook where you're current stove/oven is. You'll see either a 4 prong twist-lock 240v or a 3 prong 240v. You'll be asked to but a new "stove installation kit" with the cable of your choice. But if you know what your doing you can use the old power cable. You'll have to install the cable yourself or have someone do it for you. It doesn't come with the cable pre-installed
