A:AnswerI'm having the same problem. I've timed the pre-heat. It takes anywhere from 27-22 min to get to 450 degrees. For 350 degrees it takes 20 min. I just talked to Whirlpool and was told 12-17 min preheat is normal for 350 degrees. She had no specifics on 450 degree preheat. If they send a service man out to look at it and they deem nothing is wrong I will be charge a minimum $85 service fee.

A:AnswerHi Ann. I agree. Newer ranges and all appliances for that matter are not built as before. Handling the drawer, the material seems thinner than the material used surrounding the actual range, so it does feel somewhat flimsy. The depth inside is about 23"x9"x16" (WxHxD). We use it to store only baking pans and sheets -- flatter items. Can't imagine it being used for much more. Hope this helps...
A:AnswerHello Chris! Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the volume on the timer. We greatly apologize. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
A:AnswerThere are small screws holding the cover on and that is located on the backside of the oven. Then you need to remove the 3 nuts that’s will hold the terminals on the cord to the connections on the backside of the oven and then reinstall the nuts until they are snug. The directions for making the electrical connections are in the owners manual. Make sure you reinstall the cover when you are done.
