“Just got this hooked up but the control panel doesn’t turn on , what do I need to do ?”

Hello Jlynn! We would recommend the Installation is done correctly. If it is then we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 1-800-253-1301. We are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.

Check your outlet and breaker. Sounds to me like something is wired wrong and one of the legs for the outlet is open.
