“This oven is about a yr old. Have had many troubles with control touch pad and now I am locked out-can't do anything with the oven. Screen says time, has a lock icon & says "Controls Locked" -won't let me do anything - manual instructions are garbage”

I’ve been on hold with Whirlpool for the same problem , my wait time is 45 minutes! Whirlpool sucks, I’m not happy as I just got home from work trying to make dinner. I’m not happy with this oven at all!
