Self-Cleaning Electric Convection Range, we recommend that with regards to food spills containing acids, such as vinegar and tomato, should be cleaned as soon as the entire range is cool. • No it will not. The control area is covered with a plastic type film which you can use soap and water on to clean. The stainless knobs pull off to make cleaning around them easier as well.
