QuestionHow do you change the oven temp ? when I go by the book - press setting until temp offset is displayed ...TEMP OFFSET is NOT displayed.

- Answer Hit what type you need (like Bake) then use number pad to set temp (at say 350) and then hit start and wait for it to heat up.

Questionjust purchased a whirlpool electric range wfe745hofs. I read that required for set up when delivered is a 6' range cord. We currently own a whirlpool electric range which we assume already has a range cord. Is it necessary to purchase a new one?

QuestionIs it normal for there to be an odor during the 1st oven usage and for the top of the back control panel and the side edges of the range-top to get VERY hot during a baking cycle (at 350 degrees) even though the cooking elements have not been on at all?

- Answer Yes, it's normal for the stove to have an odor for the first few times you use it. The person who installed my stove, turned it on 350 degrees for one hour to prime the stove. My stove also gets hot on the sides and back when I use it. I hope it's normal? If not, maybe someone else can respond too.

Questionhow come in the store were we buy at SEARS the sales person never told us that we will have problems to clean the stove, they should sell and show what to buy to clean the glass stove. Stains never come out, no metter what and how you try.

- Answer HI rangestove, we are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your Range. We usually recommend using a Cooktop cleaner by Affresh.
