- Answer Hello Shopperdude, there is a control lock that locks the control panel keypads to avoid unintended use of the oven(s). No keypads will function with the controls locked. QuestionI bought model YWFE975H0HZ1. With convection bake the oven has to preheat and food is put in the oven only when it has beeped. With convection roast no preheating shows up. Is this a flaw or with convection roast the food goes in the oven right away?

QuestionOn the stainless steel model, are ALL of the silver surfaces made of actual stainless steel? Or are any of the surfaces another material that is just painted to look like stainless steel? Model WEE745H0FS has some plastic, and I don't want that.

QuestionAre the control panels metal? Doers this range have issues common with the 745 model where panels were painted and paint came off easily (with a fingernail). I have had two microwaves with this issue and don't want to chance this happening with a range.

- Answer If you are referring to the control panel that houses the low quality failing touch screen then that is glass all the way across the top. If your referring to the panel the knobs are attached to it is metal. Do not buy this oven that sceeen failed in 4 months.

- Answer the trim kit w10675027 is only the fill in pieces for the side where it meets the counter. There is no upright piece for the back (to fill in where you are replacing a free standing rear control range) nor is there a filler piece if needed to fit between the back of the stove and the wall.
