What is the lowest baking temperature in the ovens null

I made a rib roast for New year's Eve that slow-roasted for several hours at 200 degrees before a final roast at 500 degrees for a few minutes to finish it. Since the temperature controls are digital, you can choose any temperature you want on the keypad.

There is a warming setting that I believe is 160
