“When my top oven is on, it burns the top of whatever is convection baking in the bottom oven. How can I prevent this? Otherwise, I cant use both ovens at the same time, defeating the purpose of having a double oven.”

Hi Burned, we apologize for your frustration. At this time we would recommend trying to recalibrate the temperate setting if it is running too hot. If this is unsuccessful your next option is to have a service technician come to your home for a proper diagnosis.
