• If you have the dryer installed by Best Buy, order "Best Buy Smart Choice - 6' 30 Amp Dryer Cord Required for Hook-Up," which includes both types of common 220V plugs. The installer will use the one that fits your house. If you've never had an electric dryer in this location, you need to see if the installer can handle that, or you need an electrician. Electric dryers use 220V, which requires a special circuit and outlet (not a standard plug).
