“New washer! I tend to hang dry a lot of clothes but the clothes have weird spots, like fuzz on them, when I take them out of washer. The fuzz or whatever comes off in drier, but it’s beginnig to cause a prob with the items I hang dry. Too much soap? Idk”

Not sure this is answer but, I had same problem end up running a machine cleaner by Clorax thru machine. Seems like I had a build up of detergent.

Some things than can be causing this to happen would be not using High Efficiency detergent or using too much High Efficiency detergent in your cycle. Also, not using the correct cycle for the fabric. To prevent this from happening again, try adding an extra rinse on the cycle.
