Clothes, please review your Use & Care Guide for detailed notes on how the new HE washers operate. You will never see a full tub of water in this model. The new water saving design requires the articles being washed to remain in contact with the Washplate at the bottom of the tub. Too much water and your laundry would just float above and provide very poor results. Less water also means less detergent is required. The cleaning is now concentrated.
