“I just got my washer today & the first load I washed took over an hour to wash & it was a basic wash then the second load was 2 almost 3 hrs to wash & it was a normal size load only difference was I added presoak. Is that normal for this washer?”

Longer is something but this is ridiculous. So a load of wash and dry is now 2.5-3 hours? no no no.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any wash take longer than maybe 1 hours 5 minutes. When I enter the settings on the washer it gives me the time for the load. It has been accurate to the time displayed. Do you see the time displayed when you are selected what type of wash load?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Britt, it is normal for your new washer to run longer than older model washers. Sensors in the washer will automatically adjust the wash time wile it is running.
