• I haven't measured the decibels, but it is the quietest machine I've owned, and we've gone through several over the years.

• Cannot answer in decimals but can tell you that it is louder than the washer it replaced. This is not a problem for me because of location. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the features provided and its performance. Would I still buy it again? YES!
