“My washer goes up and down in time. It will have 40 minutes left, I'll go upstairs and come back down and its at 43 minutes. It will count down to 35 minutes and the next time I check it, it's at 41 minutes. What is going on?!”

It's magic.!! Nah... it just monitors it and ajusts. A bit of a pain... but worth it

If it continues to do that throughout the cycle, we recommend contacting Whirlpool by calling 800.253.1301 weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm EST.
