“can I control the length of soak? I already have this washer, and I would like to soak my whites a few hours before they run the washing cycle, but it keeps draining. does anyone know how? or does this washer not offer that option? thanks!”

Hello sc1530. On your Whirlpool® Washer, there is a Pre-soak cycle option that gives you the option to add an extra soak period to any cycle to help loosen tough stains. The Washer will fill and pause to soak, then begin the selected cycle. You will unfortunately not be able to control how long the clothes actually soak and we apologize if this causes any frustrations for you in the future.
