Hello Davr912. The maximum height is 34 1/2 inches and the minimum height is 33 1/2 inches. We hope this helps!

My countertop measures the same height as you described and I was able to adjust the dishwasher height adjusters to make it fit perfectly. They supply very easy to follow instructions for set up of this appliance. Rest assured, follow the directions for installation and you will not have any problem. If you do encounter some difficulties along the way, I wouldnt hesitate to call the folks at whirlpool and ask for clarification. I would recommend checking your current water inlet connections vs the one this model uses. We did have to go buy a $3.99 adapter that held up completion of installation until the next day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I measured from floor to top of door right at 34 inches. My opening height is just a hair under 34.5 and my dishwasher fits in easily. Yours at 34.25 will be a little tight but you should just make it. Good luck !! BTW my DW about a month old, so far so good. Performs quite well and extremely quiet.
