Dear Customer: This over the range microwave, model GH7208XRB, will come set for recirculation but can easily be converted to be vented either through the wall of through the roof. You will find step by step instructions and diagrams in the Installation Instructions packaged with the appliance or available to download from Whirlpool.com.
