Q: QuestionI purchased your Whirlpool 55 dBA Quiet Dishwasher model # WDP540HAMZ Item #1700647; however, your instructions on how to use the dishwasher is limited and confusing. Do I ever add two soap packages to the dishwasher?

• A:Answer the pump will grind up most things like beans. most pumps will not grind up bones, sticks or other hard items. hard items should be dumped into the garbage, not the dishwasher.

Q: QuestionDoes the dishwasher turns off by itself , if so why mine stops at drain button till I turn it off manually to be able to open the door and the dishes are not dried properly with a puddle of water not drained at the bottom of the washer.

• A:Answer We found it extremely easy to just unhook the old one and hook up the new one so our installation was free. Watch a couple of youtube videos and I'm pretty sure that you could manage it yourself.
