“Litter robot 4 has started to randomly dump all the kitty litter. The unit is about 6 months old. What would cause that?”

Hi there! It is possible that your unit could be overfilled with litter. The unit will dump any excess litter above the line during the cycle process. Please ensure your litter is filled at least 1/4in below the fill line. If you are using a heavier litter, we recommend 1/2in below the fill line. If it’s not overfilled, it’s possible the sifting screen is damaged. Please inspect the inside and outside of the globe for any possible damage.
