When a Litter-Robot 4 is purchased from Best Buy, it comes with 1 year of WhiskerCare warranty coverage included, which provides support and repair or replacement services at no extra cost during that initial warranty period. If you’d like extended protection beyond the first year, you can purchase the WhiskerCare Extended Warranty separately through Whisker within the first year of owning your robot. This extended plan adds up to 3 years of total coverage from the original purchase date.
