Q: Questionhow does the condisate pump work?

- A:Answer its actually quite easy.. once the long pipe (included) is connected and the pump mode is selected, it basically does everything by itself.. it empties the container once full.. works perfectly..

Q: QuestionHow much water does the internal container hold? I don't have a drain in my basement so I need to empty into a bucket and carry out. All the units I've seen so far to replace the unit that just failed have small - < 1/2 gallon containers.

Q: QuestionCan you adjust the float level so it will pump sooner than waiting for it to be completely full?

- A:Answer No. I don't believe there is an adjustable float. And actually that's a good thing. They keep it simple so that there is less to go wrong.

- A:Answer The pump will come back on after a power interruption. We do not recommend using an extension cord. If one is necessary, a surge protector can be used as long as it can support the maximum power consumption of the item. Service is obtained through the manufacture.
