Q: how does the condisate pump work?
A: its actually quite easy.. once the long pipe (included) is connected and the pump mode is selected, it basically does everything by itself.. it empties the container once full.. works perfectly..

Q: Can you adjust the float level so it will pump sooner than waiting for it to be completely full?
A: No. I don't believe there is an adjustable float. And actually that's a good thing. They keep it simple so that there is less to go wrong.
Q: Does it automatically restart if the power goes off?
A: Yes. It picks up right where it left off with the same settings.
A: The pump will come back on after a power interruption. We do not recommend using an extension cord. If one is necessary, a surge protector can be used as long as it can support the maximum power consumption of the item. Service is obtained through the manufacture.
