Q: QuestionI have system with 4 cameras (cat5 wired). The DVR went bad and now I need a new system in my business. As long as I stay with a cat5 system, shouldn't the cameras I already have installed work? WOuld I only be charged to install 4 additional cameras?

- A:Answer I believe the DVR has to match the cameras installed to work properly. Get same same model that went bad. The POE cables can be reused.

Q: QuestionWhat does it mean when you say installation 10' above ground or floor? If you have a second floor do you mean 10' above second floor?

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between security camera install SKU #5808421 for $149.99 and SKU #5809015 for $599.99? Both are for installing 8 cameras.

The difference between these two SKU's is that the 5808421 option is for wireless cameras and the 5809015 option is for wired cameras which take a lot longer to install. - A:Answer Don't know I live in North Carolina. It was pretty easy to set up the camera - the power cord is long enough to mount anywhere. You do need a strong wi-fi signal.
