• Yes, this could be used in any direction. If you do not want to use screws or do not have studs at the place of installation, you may user a two-sided tape and it will hold it well in-place.

• There's nothing that would restrict you from installing the Flat Screen TV cord cover kit horizontally. This product can be installed vertically or horizontally.
