- Answer Yes, this could be used in any direction. If you do not want to use screws or do not have studs at the place of installation, you may user a two-sided tape and it will hold it well in-place.

QuestionDoes this work for a mounted flat screen that is movable? Worried about the cords coming out when we move the TV around.

- Answer There are no provisions such as a grommet, etc., for protecting the cables as they exit the channel. In a stationary application, this is not an issue. However, if the TV moves, as the cables move with it, it's possible that they may chafe against the edge of the channel.
