Q: QuestionCan I use these Wix a19 color bulbs outside in covered glass lamp? I know it says internal only but what does that mean if I use outside under "protected" environment? Will they explode and burn my house down OR will simply stop working and short out?

• A:Answer Yes. I actually has 2 in the driveway and 1 in the front door. It will work as suggested if your wifi is has a strong signal outside your house but if not it will be a pain. I have the xfi and got the xpods. Put one in the garage. Sometimes it doesn't work but most of the time it does.

• A:Answer Yes actually. Click the setting in the app/click the bulb you want at the top/scroll to the bottom/press delete. That will rest the bulb back to factory setting.

• A:Answer If you are technically inclined, you can set up a Homebridge server. There is a Homebridge module for Wiz that works quite well. Once you have this set up, you can control Wiz lights with HomeKit. Of course, this is all DIY, so you will be on your own when it needs help. I love it, frankly! It makes these Wiz bulbs my go to smart bulb now.

• A:Answer The wiz app is only needed for installation, but you can use google. Its has a lot of connectivity issues so I would personally stick to Wiz app.
