Same. I added a notification and got in on it when it was at 100% availability. Added to cart, but unable to purchase for delivery or pickup, watching the % drop to 74, 55, 12, then it was gone. I’ve come to realize that BB “drops” are really just a joke. Every time I see an item that has even a modicum of interest to the general masses, it’s the same old story. I’m done checking “drops”, it’s a waste of time/effort/sanity…

Even the product availability was at a decent percentage. I will definitely be canceling my membership because this makes several times this has happened already and it does seem extremely sus. Only took 1 screenshot but I should have screen recorded the whole ordeal. But those who know know.

Best Buy’s agents (customer service) keep providing me with false information stating that it’ll be ready for pick up today keep an eye out for the email, and as always NOTHING. I am extremely fed up with BESTBUY will definitely never purchase a live drop from them again. Did anyone ever even receive the item if you were able to make the purchase from the live drop?
